"Rember Your Sacrifice, Live For Theirs!"
Executive Director
Jack was born and raised in Oregon, near Mt. Hood. He graduated from Sandy High School in 2003 and then attended Western Oregon University where he received his bachelor’s degree in history in 2007. Jack paid for his schooling and made a living working weekends and between terms in construction.
It only took Jack one term in ROTC to realize his calling as a Marine. In 2008, he began the commitment of a lifetime and joined the Marine Corps. ROTC only skimmed through the events Jack later got immersed in while attending Officer Candidate School. By 2009, Jack had a commission, completed infantry officer course, and was assigned to his first rifle platoon with 2d Battalion, 3d Marines located at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
As a rifle platoon commander, Jack not only got to train and develop Marines for combat, but in 2010, he also got to lead them in combat in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Jack also later deployed to SE Asia in 2012 where he participated in many bi-lateral training venues, as well as attended the Indian Army high altitude warfare school in Cashmere. Faced with a magnitude of choices, Jack took orders to Naval Submarine Base, Bangor, Washington where he ended his time with the Marine Corps and transitioned into the Forest Service to spend more time with his son.
He currently resides in Washington State, actively involved in his community and working as a security contractor in Seattle. Jack’s values encompass God, Family, and Tribe.
