"Rember Your Sacrifice, Live For Theirs!"
Our History
Warrior Tribe Foundation (WTF) was born through two men taking action and accepting responsibility for something that was not even theirs to accept, but they did so anyways because at that time, no one else was going do it. With the rising suicides of Second Battalion, Seventh Marines (V27) and the similarities with drug addiction, alcoholism, and self-destruction also affecting Second Battalion, Third Marines (V23) these men began to reach out to others and the tribe grew.
It was first designed to be a reunion that involved those that served in V23. The healing and camaraderie that took place amongst these two men echoed across the nation and others, to include Marines from V27 requested to be involved in any capacity. From this merger, the Crandall process was created (the location of the first few events). The foundation of the Crandall process was built from the shared vision of combating the invisible enemy through honoring those that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
The humor one acquires along the path of a warrior is what some would call unique. There they sat, staring into the flames, and let’s just say they had a real “WTF” moment and the journey began.
